Hello List,

I'll say right up front that I know the iOS servers are no doubt extremely
busy at this early stage of the version 10.3 release. I'm curious if anyone
else is experiencing the issue I am.

Before proceeding with the iOS 10.3 upgrade in iTunes, I had to upgrade my
iTunes running under Windows 7 to the latest 12.6 version since that is
required for compatibility with iOS 10.3. The next step I've tried is to
download only the update since I want it on my local computer to be able to
update my iPhone 7 later at my leisure. I then get a dialog box indicating
that the iOS update servers are being contacted which remains unchanged for
about an hour until I got tired of waiting and executed the cancel button. I
then received a message that iTunes had stopped working and I was prompted
to close the program.

I'll try again in about a week but I was curious whether anyone else on the
list had experienced a similar upgrade issue.

Thanks for any comments.
