Hi Jeffrey, I am not sure why your clients don’t see the update, the iPhone 5 is definitely still capable of running iOS 10, only the iPhone 4S and older devices are no longer compatible with iOS 10. Can you let us know if they have iOS 10 and don’t see the update to 10.3 or do you mean they are still on iOS 9 and don’t see an option to update to iOS 10? Make sure they indeed have an iPhone 5 because support for the 4S definitely stopped with iOS 9. They should probably make a backup, close all apps and then reboot the phone and try again, also make sure they are connected to Wifi. Feliciano, if you don’t believe me that the iPhone 5 can have iOS 10, here is a list of supported devices copied directly from Apple’s website:
