Apple is moving away from 32-bit technologies. It's time to upgrade if you have an iPhone 5c or older.

I have tried restarting the phone but to no avail. I thought I had seen something which stated that 10.3 would not be supported on the iPhone5 being that Apple switched to the APFS file system in this release and that there may be some features which are not compatible.
