I use a Focus 14 braille display. It's a tad bigger than the
iPhone 7, but at least I can carry it in my pocket.

Considering how many resources Facebook and other companies
spend

In the most recent Today in iOS Podcast which I listened to
this
morning at around the 32 minute mark, Rob mentioned that
apparently reliable sources from Mac Rumours and 9to5Mac said
Apple is working on a special iPhone for the blind with a
20-cell
braille display. This may be available as early as this
fall, the
braille cells would take up part of the screen, but of course
there still would be a smaller area which accepts the
familiar
touch gestures as well and it will be priced similarly to the
rumoured iPhone 8 at just over $1,000 US. Below is a direct

to the Podcast, if you subscribe to Today in iOS you can
quickly
skip ahead and start listening at around 32 minutes into the
Podcast. I am not much of a braille user myself, but I know
many
on this list use braille all the time and this would probably
be
