I use the cash app just about 3 or four times a month and I am in the US. The transfer is instant, and you can set the app to send the funds directly to your bank account. It is voiceover friendly, and you can even set a cash tag so friends and family can find you easily. My daughter is on my phone plan, I live in FL, she lives in NV. So this is how she sends me the money for her part of the bill. I also use it to receive money from my brother who is paying back a lone. So yes it is in the US, and yes it is accessible.
