You have to get them emailed to you the last time I use the site. Then you put them in a folder on your computer, get into iTunes, and do a control oh then it will open file and you arrow through to your folder and click on the file and it'll load it it's self and all is good. I have all of mine in a folder called tones. That way I can find any of the towns should I switch phones and need to put them back again.
