First of all, no matter what app you use to make a ringtone or what website you
download them from, you will always and I emphasize "always" need iTunes to
sync them to your phone.
OK, I guess I should exclude the iTunes Store here because if you buy ringtones
from iTunes they go directly to your phone, but anything else needs to be
transferred/synced via iTunes unless you don’t mind spending $40 or whatever it
is to buy the Waltr2 application, it will also let you transfer stuff to your
iPhone. It is, however, really not so difficult to do this with iTunes.

Thanks I bought and downloaded the Ring Maker Pro App.
I made a ring tone that I want to save on my IPhone 5S. I couldn’t quite find
that option in the Ring Maker Pro app. So I found an option to share it through
email and emailed it to myself.
But once I received it in my inbox, I must of messed around for quite a bit,
but couldn’t find a way to save it to my IPhone.
I really suck with my ITunes on my Laptop running W7 and J16.0. so how can I go
about an easy way in saving it on either my laptop’s ITunes, or by emailing it
to myself and saving it on my IPhone?

I personally like to use the app “Ringtone Maker Pro” because it will let me
use audio files installed in my music library as well as record custom messages
to serve as ring and text tones.
As a totally blind user, I find it completely accessible!
CAVEAT: When you search for the app in the App Store you’ll be looking for
“Ringtone Maker Pro” but the app will be entitled “Rmaker Pro” once installed
on your iOS device.
