Hi Robin all. I did purchase my cardio arm from Amazon and I now have it. I've got everything screwed up, and I need to find the reset hole. I guess it is somewhere within the battery, according to their support team. Does anybody know how I can locate those tiny hole in which you shove a paperclip into? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
