Bear with me. This may be a little complicated to describe.
First, here is the statement from the manual. RESETTING THE PAIRING ON iOS In order to reset the pairing, unwrap the cuff from around the QardioArm to switch on the device and use a paper clip to press the button on the pinhole on the battery compartment hatch. If necessary, go into the Settings of your phone or tablet, select the QardioArm and select “Forget this device”. You should see a green light shining through. First, I will describe how to find the battery compartment hatch. Slightly lift the cuff from the QardioArm device on the end that does not have the engraved QardioArm logo. Insert and move your finger around between the cuff and the device. The indented rectangle is the battery compartment hatch. Press it with your fingernail if you want to open the compartment to replace the batteries. But you do not need to open the compartment to reset the device. There is a small round hole on each side of the battery compartment hatch. One of these 2 holes should be the hole you insert a paper clip to reset the device. I've got everything screwed up, and I need to find the reset hole. I guess it is somewhere within the battery, according to their support team.
