It's not an interactive setup. You just press dots 2-3 chord to go to the 
previous rotor choice or dots 5-6 chord for the next one. Once you reach 
"vertical navigation" or the one you want, use dost-3 chord and dot-6 chord to 
go to the previous item or next item respectively. If the item you want is not 
in the rotor category, then you need to go into settings/accessibility/vo/rotor 
and select it.
