Hi Jennifer, as richard said, touching the status bar than double tapping there quickly get you back to the top. You don't need to fool with a pinch gesture since iOS has had a text selection mode that you can have in your router. Put that in your rotor, turn to it, then you can choose by flicking up or down to select word, line, page. So you focus on the beginning of the text you wish to select, moved a text selection in the rotor, then flick right and you will be selecting text by the unit you picked. The text that you're selecting will be announced. Once you're done, move the router to edit moved a copy, and you're good. Much easier than the pinch gesture, which never worked well for me.
