That is the same way Excel works. Each workbook usually defaults to having three sheets. Your's is probably all on that first sheet. There is a swipe up with three fingers command for the braille display. It is either spacebar+dots 3,4,5,6 or spacebar+dots 1,4,5,6. But that is going to take an awful lot of swipes to get to row 169.
I've not used Sheets so I don't know if there is a go to cell option somewhere, but that might be worth a Google search.
