I don't know if the method you're using is supported but I simply forward the 
shipping notification email I receive from the shipper containing the tracking 
number to my Parceltrack inbox and that normally works. I have had a couple of 
instances when it didn't take either due to bad timing or something else. When 
that happens, I just add the tracking number and description manually in the 
app.
