Hi Julie, I normally forward the shipment notifications to Parceltrack using my iPhone. I have my Parceltrack inbox set up in my contacts so I open the shipment notification email on my phone mail app, select the reply button from the bottomline menu, select forward from the vertical menu which opens, type the word parcel in the to field text box, select my Parceltrack inbox contact from the list that pops up, and send it. I usually get a very quick Parceltrack notification indicating that a new package is being tracked.
