Hi,
I’ve had these issues recently myself and I clicked on feedback right when the
app opens sent off a quick message and it was resolved within hours and hasn’t
happened again since. Try contacting them. If you don’t want to compose the
message on your device they can also be reached through
[email protected].
As I said in another post as of yet they’ve never written back but as if by
magic whatever I report seems to be resolved quickly and efficiently once
reported.

Parcel Track assigns you an inbox email address which starts with a number to
send tracking numbers to. When I send a tracking number to the parcel track app
the email ends up in the mail box but says not found.
