Go into the app, then into menu, then your trips and then look for past. If the trip happened other than today you want to go to the date and time of the trip. If it happened today can you have more than one trip look at the time of the trip. Double tap on the day and time. Flick it to the right path help and you will see one option that said I got overcharged. You can tap and that that way they will have a history of the trip as well. Hope this helps and take care.
