For the first time in 2 years, I asked for a refund on 2 Uber trips a couple of days ago. They were with the same driver, and in boht cases we had trouble connecting. I sent him messages both times explaining where I was, that I was blind, and asked him to identify himself when he arrived. I even tried calling him but I got a message saying that they weren't receiving calls. I disputed both charges and went through the same process. I was prepared to write out my experiences in a text field, but instead was given several items to choose from for my reason, and one of them was that we could not connect. On the confirmation screen, it said that I had a credit for that trip on my account. I was very impressed that the refund process was so fast and immediate, and that I was not asked for more information.
