The issue you cite regarding digital text not being clear is certainly true with scanning images of text in them on a PC. (Stupidly small fonts and point sizes of 4, etc.; or it may be that this particular organisation – PageSuite UK – does its clients’ many newspapers cheaply.) Hi, Make sure the screen curtain is turned off. Then, do a screen shot with the home and power buttons pressed together. Then, share that screen shot with an app like KNFB Reader, Seeing AI, Prizmo Go, and they should be able to get some of the text. The issue you will have is how clear and crisp the text is. My newspaper app can’t be transferred between devices, and I can’t export stuff from it to DropBox – there being no facility provided for it (and/or I can’t read it. The search boxes read fine, and do the page numbers. If I type text into the search box, I’ll get results back, which are read by VoiceOver. But that is of course a very tedious way to have to get through an article or articles. Thoughts on this proposition?
