That has been my experience with displays as well. I wonder if there are any tricks with lighting or something that would help.

The app reads all other writing around the display though. Donna I tried it on my Neato Votvac- and the problem was that it read everything- highlited or not. On the Botvac, my husband says the message is blinking, but there is a whole lot of grayed out text on the screen as well. I still want to try it some more.
