When you select text and choose to make it a note, it still comes up with the 
highlights.
So, if you double tap on the button to the left of the select button that says 
Headings, Bookmarks, and Highlights, and select highlights, all your highlights 
and notes will be shown, or you can export the highlights, which will include 
your notes.
