First off, when you turn dod on in settings, are you then locking your
screen? This function will only work once the screen is locked. Since you
have nothing in your favorites. It may be a good idea to go to settings,
notifications, then find do not disturb. Click on it, once in here find
where it says, allow calls from favorites, doubletap on it, go in here & set
it to no calls. Also as Wayne suggested, make sure that schedule is not
enabled. Give this a shot & give us a full report.

Are the calls that come through in your favorites? If so, those calls will
come through even if you have turned do not disturb on. Are you just

chosen a schedule, you might check and make sure the scheduled times are
not
ending too early. For instance, if you have it scheduled to end at 7am and
you get a call at 7:30am.
