There is also WALTR2 which is software that allows you to transfer ringtones to the iPhone, but it's no easier than iTunes as far as I am concerned. I know at times iTunes had accessibility issues but currently it does not when it comes to transferring ringtones and I really don't get why people have this almost mythical fear of it.
