Hi all,
I'm having a strange issue, where the sound from my phone will only work while I'm wearing headphones. It started just recently, when I failed to pause a YouTube video before unplugging the headphones from the headphone jack. The strange thing is, when I go to sounds, and adjust my sound volume, I can hear sound through both the speaker and the headphones, so I know the the speaker is in fact still functioning, but when I hit the back button, the sound resumes only in the headphones. I've tried rebooting the phone a couple of times, without any luck, and while I've found a workaround by connecting it through Bluetooth to my Echo Dot, I'd rather get the speech working normally, if it can be managed. If anyone has any ideas, or has had this happen to them, I'd appreciate any suggestions. I've got insurance on the phone, which is an iPhone 6, so if needed I should hopefully be able to get a replacement, and use this one I've got now as a backup, but if I can fix it, I'd rather do that.

Jessica
