Hello, unfortunately, even if you do try to email them, or send them a message in the app, unless you have some sight, you can no longer submit your message. For about the last 10 months, I have had this issue. Basically, before you start writing out your message, the submit button is there. However, once your message is complete, the only way the text can be submitted, is if a sighted person turns off voiceover, and hits the submit button. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if there is a way to email them, if you aren't either using the help section, or using one of your previous trips, and then you can only email or write about specific things. You could try going through Facebook, and either leaving a message on their Facebook page, or through Facebook messenger. That is the only option I can think of at this time.
