I didn't mean to refute anything you said. You are right, it shouldn't be an issue; one should be able to write as long a message as necessary and be able to submit it. I am glad someone told you they are working on it. I have written regular mail to Uber corporate; you are right, they don't answer, even when I had the opportunity once to deliver my letter to an Uber rep in person. They should allow more places in which to write comments as well, so that I wouldn't have to write in a topic, which, if I can find an edit box, doesn't even pertain to my issue; they really make it hard, stacking the deck so that if people don't have the heart for it, they won't submit their problems.
