Hi. Here's what I submitted as my review for Hulu. It looks like many of their users are dissatisfied, so a fix could be in the works. How long does it take for a review, even a bad one to show up in the app store?

I would have used the zero rating, but wanted to be nice.  I am a blind user
and I use Voice Over to navigate my iPhone.  I've been able to use Hulu for
over two years without difficulty.  However, this 5.6 and 5.6.1 update has
broken this access and the app is now unusable.  My automatic renewal has
already happened for September, but I'm going to cancel my subscription if
this issue isn't fixed.  Judging from the other reviews, even your sighted
customers are not happy with this update.  And yes, blind folks like a good
movie or TV show just as much as everyone else.  I mostly like browsing the
older shows and movies, but some of the new ones are good, too.  Please fix

Lisa, you're correct. There was a time when it didn't work too well, but I did have some workarounds. This time it appears totally inaccessible as from what I can see. I won't get rid of it today. I will wait maybe for another update. Let me know if they answer your email about making it accessible.

I'm going to try to write to them first to at least see if they're interested in making it work. If I remember correctly, it started working after one of the updates in the 4.X build, but I don't think they put any extra voice over access into it.

Lisa, I am so disappointed. I had updated the app but had not looked at it. It appears to be totally in accessible. instead of having a Watch list you now have my stuff. Anything you tap on you can't read any of the results. I am really thinking about canceling it I have had it for at least five years and had no problems up until now. I hadn't used it for a while because I mainly use it with the new shows. Everything was re runs so I just was waiting until the new season. Oh well.
