I do think this is a bug but I seem to have determined when it switches back to 
activate versus delete. Trying to think of the best way to explain it though. 
Whenever I have a thread, I have to flick up to delete. Then if a single 
message that is not in the thread is following it, I also have to flick up to 
delete. If after that single message however, there is another single message 
that is not in a thread, it does not revert back to the default activate. It 
stays on the delete button. It will stay on that delete button until I get to 
another thread of messages. At least that is how it is working on my phone. And 
I also have the same problem in the app switcher and that drive me crazy. I 
hope this made some sense. As I know what I mean but I’m not sure if I’m 
explaining it clearly.
