Actually, for any number of fingers, when a number of taps is done rapidly which is one number more than that required for the highest number feature (such as triple-tap with three fingers for screen curtain), the highest number action is performed and the additional tap is ignored by VO. The only exception I have found to this behaviour is one-finger tapping. For every additional tap in rapid succession, VO does another click on the item in question.
