I did see the workaround on applevis, but it didn't work for me either when
I tried. Sorry, should've stated that in my initial email. (smile) At
least I am not the only one.

issue.
There is a so-called workaround for this but the workaround did not work
for
me.
Apple is well aware of this and I'm certain that a fix is in the works.
Google the problem and you will discover the workaround which involves a
couple of steps.
This is not an accessibility issue.

connect to the app store, it says it can't connect. Yet, I am able to
