I had the same issues as far as getting into the App Store from the
passbook application initially as well. However, after a little while
I just not have these issues. I don't know what happened to make it
work, but all of a sudden it did work for me. I managed to download
some of the available applications that I knew I would use like
target, American airlines, united airlines, Ticketmaster, and live
nation. Hope this helps. Yes there are about maybe 10 applications
currently, but I expect the list of passbook friendly applications
will grow in a very short amount of time as more vendors become
available and are using this service.
