None of the rest have a dial. They all have tactile buttons so I imagine this one does too. That's the trouble with asking customer service. I always have someone look at the pictures and describe the entire thing. And in this case, you can download the manual in advance. But I doubt there's a dial of any kind on it. I'll be very surprised if it's not useable.
