Focus is placed at the top of any list. Using the three finger swipe up is 
faster than using a one finger swipe right to go through the list.

When writing emails, If it's a reply, the message edit box is highlighted, so 
even though cancel button is announced, just start typing (the onscreen 
keyboard is on the bottom of the screen like always when in an edit field) and 
the focus will immediately jump to where it is supposed to be. The same is true 
for new messages (focus jumps to the to field.
