OK thanks. I may check it out again. It's my alarm center that installed it as we just upgraded our system and since we couldn't get it to work he didn't charge me but I can have him come back and give it another try.

I know it is on the top of the screen and the installer told me it was a green button which didn't do me any good lol! I mean it wasn't an easy access at all to get in to and to get out of.
