OK thanks.  I may check it out again.  It's my alarm center that installed it 
as we just upgraded our system and since we couldn't get it to work he didn't 
charge me but I can have him come back and give it another try.

Make sure you go into Notification Centre and set it to Alerts and not Banners 
as they go away.

I do agree that answering it quickly can be a bit of a challenge, but with a 
bit of practice you’ll get it.

When it gave the notification it took me forever to find the right place to 
double tap.  I know it is on the top of the screen and the installer told me it 
was a green button which didn't do me any good lol!  I mean it wasn't an easy 
access at all to get in to and to get out of.  He took it back but I would get 
another one if we could make it work.

I do use it and it works OK, it has a few quirks, but all in all it works OK.
