Yes I'm seeing this here too. I thought perhaps it might have something to do with its use of the microphone for communication. Has anyone opened a dialog with them about this to see if there's a logical reason behind it or if it's something that they didn't even realize would be an issue for VoiceOver users? I only ask because my short exchanges with them gave me the sense that they might not have been as aware that blind people thus users of voiceover were even making as much use of their video oriented devices as might actually be the case.

Yes, this happens here as well. The problem is that for whatever reason, the audio output switches to the ear piece and on top of that, the volume is reduced quite a bit. I've learned to automatically put the phone to my ear and raise the volume with the volume button. It's annoying for sure.

Make sure you go into Notification Centre and set it to Alerts and not
Banners as they go away.

I do agree that answering it quickly can be a bit of a challenge, but
with a bit of practice you’ll get it.

When it gave the notification it took me forever to find the right
place to double tap.  I know it is on the top of the screen and the
installer told me it was a green button which didn't do me any good
lol!  I mean it wasn't an easy access at all to get in to and to get
out of. He took it back but I would get another one if we could make it work.

I do use it and it works OK, it has a few quirks, but all in all it
works OK. What exactly is the issue you have?
