Now that the app is apparently working, I am curious about the mini. What I actually want to use it for is not a grilling thing at all. I would like to be able to keep track of the temperature of meat cooking in the slow cooker or in a slow oven. Not necessarily a lot of room in there in my slow cooker for a chicken and a pro, but I haven’t seen the probe. Has anybody used this device in that context with something in a slow cooker? Mary
