I would be happy to do that, and thank you for responding to me, but siri tells me that I don't seem to be connected to the internet. I got instructions from someone that said when I can to go into settings, to general, to accessibility and then to swipe down to assisted touch which we found on the other phone, so I'm assuming that would need to be turned on. Like Marie said, get Siri to turn voiceover back on and then you should be able to go to settings and find accessibility and set the home button triple tap yourself.
