Thank you, so much, Richard, for these instructions. we did get everything straightened out last night with all the instructions we received and me searching some instructions in applevis. voice over just wouldn't come on, on my phone, so we did need our neighbor's help. Once it was on, I found that somehow the airplane mode got turned on and the wifi was off, so i straightened that out, got the airplane mode off and the wifi back on. I'm sorry I'm writing so late, but after being out most of the day yesterday I was really tired, and then today I wasn't feeling that well with a migraine so that's why I haven't responded since last night. We appreciate all the assistance that we received. We're very new to all of this, but little by little we're coming along. No, it is not Assistive touch, that is completely different. Under Accessibility, you want to go down to Accessibility shortcut, open that and select VoiceOver. Then, a triple click of the home button will toggle VoiceOver on and off.
