Hello Ioana. I've also recently acquired an iPAD. Prior to getting it, I've
used an iPHONE since 2011. I've got spacial difficulties and am finding
that it isn't at all the easy transition I thought it would be. Personally,
I prefer my iPHONE7. I find it easier to keep my gestures from going
crooked or being misinterpreted on my iPHONE. However, that may be
partially due to having used an iPHONE for so long.

I would have to basically agree with the previous commenters. I use my iPAD
for more cunsumption of media and do actual work on my iPHONE. The iPAD
gives me the advantage of a second iOS device which is useful for tappping
into the music, dramas, podcasts and books I want to hear while still
keeping my iPHONE free. Braille screen input is much easier on an iPAD due
to the extra length but I'm far faster on a Bluetooth keyboard paired with
my iPHONE. Also, the iPHONE has GPS while the iPAD doesn't.

There may very well be some apps which take advantage of the iPAD's size in
a way which is especially useful for blind people. I can imagine maps or
game boards being easier to cope with on a larger touchscreen but have yet
to find anything other than a talking atlas which is specifically for
iPADs. I look forward to reading other people's thoughts about this.
