My wife and I tried out Uber Eattts only once and we were not impressed. It first said it would take 15 minutes for the food to be delivered, then it kept changing and when the driver finally arrived 35 minutes later the fries which were part of the order were like limp pieces of cartboard and despite the fact that he had the food in an insulated bag they were barely luke warm.

The delivery fee unexpectedly increased from $4.95 to around $20.00. Surprisingly, one can get telephone support for Uber Eats, but it did not help with this problem. Even though I contacted support immediately, it was too late to cancel the order. The representative told me there is an upward pointing arrow next to the delivery fee shown on the screen. That shows that dynamic pricing is in effect, although the exact delivery fee is not shown. I'm not sure that arrow is visible using VoiceOver.
