Double-tap the address and hear VoiceOver say "is editing," adjust the rotor to "Edit," then swipe down to "Copy," and double-tap.

To paste the address where you want it to be, go to that place, then do almost the same thing--adjust the rotor to "Edit," then swipe down to "Paste" and double-tap.
