Hi, Kathy! Wow! That’s too bad because so many people such as I download music from iTunes. However, I’ve been using Apple Music for quite some time and really enjoy it. Perhaps this discontinuation might have something to do with the fact that with iTunes, you pay for each download individually, whereas with Apple Music, you pay a monthly charge for whatever downloads you purchase during that month altogether rather than doing individual purchases. I hope I’m not as clear as mud on this issue, but the above-mentioned fact could be the reason. I know that I don’t use iTunes as regularly as I had in the past before I acquired Apple Music.
