Hello, Right now the service is undergoing a major change as it has just been expanded in a pilot to Australia New Zealand and the UK. I called just this morning and had no difficulty getting through. Also, please remember that there are new glasses that will be coming on the market in a couple of months, which has sparked a marked increase in traffic to the service.
