Jewel, my suggestion may be more of a headache than you wish to endure. And my 
suggestion may not solve the problem you are having. Try deleting the MmBME app 
& reinstalling the app. If you haven’t used the app within the past month, 
something may have went wrong during the most recent update to the app. I would 
like to also suggest the app Seeing AI. The short document feature of the app 
would have accomplished the task you and given you the info you sought. I’ve 
used Seeing AI on several occasions to find out what if any message was 
displayed on my Tv screen, because there was no sound coming from the Tv. The 
app has also been helpful in reading my computer screenon a couple of occasions 
in which JAWS stopped speaking.  Here is the link just in case you don’t have
