Hello Mary. What you have to do first is one if using Gmail for example go into your google Account and make sure that notes is turned on.
Two on your BIA 14 when you’re in your notes application make sure that you are in the Gmail folder when you write the note. Then if you want to force a sink press space with S. Otherwise your note should link up the next time you turn the device on. The manual did not point out that you are supposed to ensure that the notes are turned on within your account.
