Besides purchasing a second Echo to have downstairs, there are a
couple other options:
First, you could purchase a third party battery which makes it as
mobile as your WiFi coverage allows.
Second, you could use an existing or purchase a bluetooth speaker,
headphones, etc. and listen anywhere within bluetooth range of your
Echo. But you can't really interact with your Echo without using
something like the Echo remote control.

Hey guys,
OK, so i got the amazon echo plus. This thing is absolutely wild,
love it! I've got the app running with voiceover. So now the big
question, would be great to get some feedback on what you guys use it
for. I've gotten music working, works awesome, and tried adding
events on the calendar and stuff. Just curious to see some of the
things you guys do with it?
I thought for some reason the echo plus had a batery. 1 of the things
i wanted to be able to do is use it downstairs when i'm working out.
I would guess i'll have to get another 1 if i wanna do that.
