Well, I set a route to my office. It shows 3.6 miles and the time as 9 minutes, which is correct. I then set a route to my favorite Teahouse in Canada, Murchie's at 41st and Cambie, Vancouver BC, it shows 318.4 miles and a time of 5 hours 49 minutes. Actually, my favorite location is in Victoria, but I decided not to swim, grin.
So, I think that little issue has been cleared up. All GPS maps have addresses that have changed before their data is updated, paid or free. My only complaints with MapQuest are: * The distance always says 10.9 miles. * The time it'll take is always set to 13 minutes. * Occasionally, the map will be a bit dated and give me directions to a place that has since moved. I'm not sure about the paid apps, but I've seen this with other free apps as well. I find the first two points to be just a nuisance. I'm also pulling those from memory.
