If I were on an iPhone 4, I would definitely upgrade. The gap between both devices is significant enough to warrant the step forward. I have not seen any hardware glitches worthy of hesitation, and whatever software bugs exist today will probably be gone in a few weeks or so. Coming from a budget-conscious consumer, I say do it!
