You know James, I could take this thread alot further, but I won't, suffice
it to say that Siri is an integral part of Iphone use, now and why someone
wouldn't want to use it I can't imagine. I was merely attempting to point
out that for me that appears to be the most difficult item on the list to
learn. If, of course one chooses not to use it, then of course it wouldn't
be an issue. So if you don't agree with me, and you don't use Siri, why even
bring it up if it isn't a part of your way of using the Iphone. I get so
sick of people like you picking apart messages and threads just because the
message doesn't necessarily agree with your way of thinking. So why don't
you just go on with your life, ignore the message if it doesn't apply to you
and let those of us who do actually have a worthwhile point of view bring it
to the attention of the person who asked the question in the first place.

Why would you have to get use to making use to siri unless you want
to? I'm not certain what you meant and maybe you just meant learning
how to use it in order to make use of it to whatever its potential for
you. You would not ever have to touch siri and you could still use the
phone as you always do even with an IPhone 5.

Jim, Generally speaking, any time you upgrade to a higher level software
and
hardware there are going to be some bugs. Most, if I have read most of
the
messages correctly appear to be fairly insignificant. Keep in mind,
though,
that because you are upgrading to an Iphone 5, you are mostly going to
have
to get used to making use of Siri. For me, as I will be making the same
move
as you are contemplating in six weeks this will probably be the most
difficult item to overcome.

Howdy,
I'd like to hear from anyone who has upgraded to a new IPhone 5. I
have
the IPhone 4 and am ready to upgrade but am unsure whether I should do it
now or wait. Are there serious bugs either in the phone or in the
operating
system? I keep hearing there have been major changes to the system and
would like to know what to expect.
Thanks much.
Jim
