What setup do you mean? The setup of the watch or of a bluetooth headset? My wife and I have a second gen Apple Watch and most likely we'll upgrade as well, but I found setting up the watchpretty straight forward. I use my Voyager Edge as well as an old Outdoor Tech stereo headset which I have had for about 5 years with my Apple Watch and both work perfectly well.
