Hi, Setting up the watch is pretty easy. You pair it with a phone. The easiest way to do this is to make sure you have good lighting, turn on pairing on the watch and phone, put your watch on a flat surface, hold the phone so the back-facing camera is above the watch screen, and lift the phone up until it pairs. There is also an option to enter a code to do the pairing.
The watch copies most content it needs from your phone, but you will need to answer a few questions on the phone and create a passcode on your watch.
